For safety, legal, and handling reasons, we are unable to remove or transport the following items:

Hazardous & Restricted Materials

• Paint, stains, and solvents

• Chemicals and cleaning agents

• Gasoline, propane tanks, or fuel containers

• Explosives, ammunition, or fireworks

• Asbestos-containing materials

• Medical or biohazard waste

• Radioactive materials

Heavy or Specialty Items

• Large gym equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers)

• Commercial gym machines

• Safes

• Pianos and organs

• Hot tubs

• Pool tables

• Industrial machinery

📌 Some heavy or specialty items may be removed only if discussed and approved in advance.

Construction & Renovation Materials

• Concrete, bricks, stone, or asphalt

• Roofing materials (large quantities)

• Drywall dust or loose debris

• Contaminated construction waste

Automotive & Mechanical Items

• Car batteries

• Tires

• Engines or engine parts

• Vehicle fluids

Biological & Organic Waste

• Human or animal waste

• Dead animals

• Mold-infested materials (unsafe levels)

Items Requiring Special Handling or Permits

• Fuel tanks

• Large quantities of e-waste

• Commercial refrigerators or freezers

• Items containing refrigerants (without prior approval)
