Service & Booking Policy

Scheduling & Estimates
All service requests are reviewed based on the information provided by the client. Estimates are given using details and photos submitted and are intended to be accurate; however, final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. Any changes in job scope, item quantity, weight, access, or conditions may affect the final price.
Deposits
A reservation deposit is required to secure your service date and time. Deposit amount is $50.

Deposits are applied directly to the final balance

Deposits are required for moving services, large jobs, and time-sensitive bookings

Deposits are collected electronically prior to service confirmation
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full deposit refund

Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may result in forfeiture of the deposit

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the deposit being retained
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Payment
Payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept Zelle, Venmo, cash and other approved electronic payment methods. Services will not be completed without confirmed payment.
Access & Preparation
Clients are responsible for ensuring:

Clear and safe access to items being removed or moved

That items are ready at the scheduled time

Someone is present during service unless prior arrangements are made
Delays caused by lack of access, unprepared items, or unsafe conditions may result in additional charges.
Items We Do Not Accept
For safety and legal reasons, we do not remove or transport hazardous materials, including but not limited to:

Chemicals, paint, solvents

Asbestos or biohazardous waste

Explosives or flammable materials

Heavy & Oversized Items
Certain items may require additional labor due to size, weight, or complexity. These may include large furniture, appliances, or items located on upper floors or in tight spaces. Any additional charges will be discussed before work begins.
Responsible Disposal
We make every effort to donate or recycle items whenever possible. Items that cannot be reused or recycled will be disposed of properly in accordance with local regulations.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service if unsafe conditions are present, access is restricted, or if job details differ significantly from what was provided during booking.
